We do offer a service suspension program that enables you to temporarily shut off your HughesNet service while you're away. Customers may elect to suspend their accounts for up to 6 months (such as for customers who spend winter in Florida - snowbirds) Your service term commitment and the account are suspended together and resume together. Please note that any monthly fees associated with equipment billing and optional services such as domain-based email or blogs do not stop during a seasonal suspension
